Our kitchen team cooks fresh, rich in variety and with high-quality seasonal products merged with modern contemporary cuisine. The focus is on regional and worldwide known dishes of our home and a vital gentle preparation. There is also a portion of appreciation of oneself and the people whom we cook for.



Flavour enhancers as well as artificial additives are replaced by a selective use of herbs (partially from our own herb garden), natural mediteranian spices as well as aromatic oils and special vinegar types.

Our fine cuisine is rounded off by Austrian and international wines which are selected by family Stock and our diploma sommelier. Our principles apply to wine too. Only the highest-quality wines find their way into your glass.

  • Unique: Anni´s homemade bread and cake mainly made with spelt, amaranth, kamut and buckwheat-flour. Suitable for allergy sufferers and gluten intolerants.
  • Tasty afternoon snack between 15 and 17 o'clock with crunchy salads, tasty soups, fresh cake and delicacie of the Austrian cuisine.
  • Granderwasser in the whole house and non-alcoholic drinks from the buffet until 17.00 included
  • In the evening 5-course menu according to the new nutrition concept, everyday a tasty salad- and cheese-buffet
  • Wine tasting with diploma sommelier (small contribution to expenses)

Anni´s healthy breakfast
A healthy, nutritious and balanced breakfast is the basis for a good start into the perfect vacation-day. On the table there are only the best products of regional production: Fresh hay-milk and natural yoghurt reinforce the immune system with Omega-3 fatty acids and boost the metabolisim. Local cheese farms and butcher's shops put emphasis on natural ingredients. Bread made of rough-grind wholegrain, vegetables without pesticides and fruit from biological cultivation are important suppliers of energy and healthy. That tastes good to young and old.
