Anni Stocks homemade bread, Tyrolean honey, fruity marmalades, herbs and nature, gourmet-pleasure at the wellness hotel Bergland – literally – because Mrs. Stock's creativity and joy in spoiling her guests leaves nothing to be desired.

According to this motto Anni Stock creates the most different breads like the popular carrot-bread, 7-delicacies or the Tuxer giant. Even the grain is milled at home.

That is what our guests say daily and everyone gladly takes something home to enjoy a special breakfast there too. Since 2011 the hostess is sharing her knowledge as a nature-guide and herb-educator. From homemade cough syrup to a tasty herb-spread or a pleasant health-tea, Anni always has a fitting recipe and helpful advice. Experience once a week the love to nature and discover the "delicacies at the wayside" during a herb-hike (in the summer) or get to know the art of baking bread directly at the bakery of Anni Stock...
