In our spaciously built sauna area with three different saunas and steam baths (Tyrolean Zirbenstuben-Sauna, mountain crystal grotto and biological and herbal sauna) there is the right temperature for everyone.

The effect of a sauna session ranges from the blood circulation and purification to the nurturing of skin and respiratory organs. Regular visitors to he sauna can confirm this. Afterwards you can let yourself fall onto our well-tempered waterbeds in  the Sun-Valley and just relax and enjoy the soft music in our relaxation rooms.
