Rooms are ready for you at 03:00 pm. In case you arrive after 07:00 pm we would ask you to inform us beforehand. On your departing day we would ask use to clear your room until 11:00 am.

You're welcome to enjoy our relaxation-SPA and our afternoon snack on your day of departure!

We would ask you to transfer the stipulated deposit on our account after you have booked, or just give us your creditcard number and the expiry date.

In accordance with the Austrian hotel regulations.

We accept euro, Swiss franc, EC-card, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard and Diners Club credit cards. Credit
card charges will be invoiced, if you use a credit card for cash expenditure and external service (i.e.: Skipasses, skiing school etc.).

In the off-peak saisons you can book our doubles, suites and appartements as singles against a single supplement.

15,00 € will be reduced from the catalogue price, if you take bed & breakfast.

The prices as listed in the price information section are quoted per person and day and respectively for flat-rate offers per stay (except Bergland Family Special). Prices include all inclusive services and taxes for the season. The cure-tax of € 1,20 will be charged separately.

You will be charged a one-time cleaning-fee of 50,00 € for your dog. Please note, that your dog will not be allowed in the dining rooms. We would ask you to bring your own dog blanket, dog bowl etc.

The information in the present price list are up to date and replace all earlier publications. Programs and services may be changed due to season or weather or may be cancelled without substitution. 
Prices, currency exchange rates, dates, errors and printing mistakes are be subject to change.
