Hay milk – the purest milk
On the menu of our milk cows is that what mother nature serves fresh every day: the colourful variety of more than 50 different types of grass and herbs. Our cows enjoy this as much as the “green gold” of the Zillertal – fresh hay as far as the eye can see. That is why all the hay milk products stand out due to their incomparable great taste and the unique aroma.
From the generous cheese plate to the hay milk yoghurt to the milk in the coffee; in the hotel Bergland you will only find hay milk in the purest quality.
Zillertal Beer – Spring fresh from the nature
Since the year 1500 the spring fresh beer is brewed in the Zillertal, it is known especially because of the Pils fresh from the barrel. The legendary Gauder-Bock beer must not be forgotten, it is brewed every year for the first weekend in May and along with the finishing of the beer the Gauder-Festival – the biggest Trachtenfestival (the Austrian traditional clothing) in Tyrol) takes place.
